Tabletop Gaming at ConnectiCon is being sponsored by a number of friendly local game stores, and vendors in our vendor hall and artists colony. Friendly Local Game Stores include both The Portal in Manchester, CT, and The Dragon's Lair in Wallingford, CT.

As the sponsors, The Dragon's Lair  and The Portal are providing Game Instructors with a free badge for running at least 3 Game Sessions during the convention weekend. Additionally, for each successful Game Session (a session with at least two additional players that participate in the session), Game Hosts will receive a $10 in Game Host Gold to be used at the sponsor booths in the dealer's hall and artists colony at the Connecticut Convention Center, Exhibit Hall A (Friday 12pm - 8pm; Saturday 11am - 7pm; Sunday 10am - 3pm). Game sessions are now two and a half hours long, and if they end on a half hour then a subsequent one starts immediately after. We ask that you keep in mind that if you are running a game that ends on a half hour and you will not be running a game there during the next session, or are running a different game that you allocate time for your game to end and clean up, so that there is appropriate time for the next game to set up. If your game is especially long and/or is an RPG you can sign up for two time slots back to back. This will count as two game sessions for badges and for Game Host Gold.
