About the role of Convention Crew

Welcome to Tampa Bay Comic Convention! We are excited you are interested in joining us as a part of the Con Crew this coming September. Ready to apply? Let's get started!

Things to know before applying:

  • You must be age 18 or older by September 2, 2026.
  • If selected to work, you must complete all required training and orientation.
  • Expected pay rate is minimum wage.
  • You will be responsible for your own transportation, parking, food, and, if applicable, lodging. These items are not provided.

This application has multiple sections. Please be sure to complete each one. After you add your signature and click ACCEPT AND SUBMIT APPLICATION at the end of the last section, you will receive an email confirmation from Convention ([email protected] via growtix.com) when your application has been successfully saved in the system.

Con Crew interviews will be scheduled for the months of May, June, July, and August. Emails to schedule interviews will come from [email protected]. Please add this email address to your safe senders list so messages don't end up lost in junk or promotional email boxes.

By submitting an application to work for the 2026 Tampa Bay Comic Convention, I understand and affirm the following:

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
  • I will be 18 years or older on or before September 2, 2026.
  • If selected to work, I understand I will be required to complete all training and orientation, and abide by all convention policies and procedures.
