Thanks for your interest in submitting programming to Tucson Comic-Con 2024!

PLEASE NOTE: Submission of a panel does not guarantee placement. We will contact you if we are interested in your panel. The deadline for submitting a panel for consideration is Friday, May 31, 2024.

A few important things to know:

Due to space constraints, panels are limited to a maximum of 6 panelists.
If you'll need to use the room's projector for your panel, please bring a laptop equipped with an HDMI connection for video. We will provide an HDMI to HDMI cable in the panel room. If your laptop requires an adapter to convert to HDMI, please bring your own adapter.
Analog audio adapters will be provided if you will also need to patch into the house audio (e.g. you're screening a movie).
