Panel or Meet-Up Submission
All fields are required.
Do you have a panel you'd like to present at Flower City Comic Con, September 14-15, 2024? Do you want to get a fandom meetup (ex Homestuck, Yuri on Ice, Attack on Titan) on the official schedule? Please submit your request here and we will do our best to accommodate your request. This application is only a request for panel time at Flower City Comic Con, and does not guarantee the panel will occur.
Panels are expected to run around 45 minutes.
Convention hours for programming are:
Saturday September 14, 2023: 11am-7pm
Sunday September 15, 2023: 11am-5pm
Panelists may be provided with complimentary 1-day badges that are good for the day of the panel, at the discretion of the show runners. More than one panel does not allow for more passes. Additional passes must be purchased. Flower City Comic Con does not pay speaking fees, nor does it cover travel, lodging, or meals. Meetups are not granted free passes.
Please remember to bring key equipment that you will need to run your panel (i.e. laptop, adapters, etc).

We invite you to join us for two full days of cosplay, attractions, discussion panels, meeting with exhibitors, meeting celebrity guests, and experiencing all that we have to offer.
