Please remember this is only a request, and it may not be approved. Applications are one per person. Each person from your outlet must fill out their own application. A maximum of four (4) badges from any single outlet will be granted.

APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY June 30, 2024. We cannot review or consider applications received after this date. You will be notified of your application status by July 25, 2024. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Please note: The PRESS/MEDIA pass offers access into all public areas of the convention. Interviews and/or Photo Sessions with Celebrity Guests will be granted at the combined discretion of Bell County Comic Con and the guests themselves. Any requests for Interviews and/or Photos of Celebrity Guests should be made in advance.

PRESS

In order to be considered for PRESS credentials, you MUST BE ON ASSIGNMENT with coverage secured. Every assignment will be verified with an editor.

PRINT AND ONLINE MEDIA

BLOGS/ONLINE: Please help us by providing detailed information about your website and your coverage plans. Blogs receiving less than 2,000 unique visits per month will not receive priority. All applicants should be making weekly to bi-monthly posting to receive a Media Badge.

FREELANCE PRINT MEDIA: All attending media MUST be on assignment with coverage secured. We will be contacting your editor to confirm your assignment upon submitting your application.

PHOTOGRAPHY

PHOTOGRAPHERS ON ASSIGNMENT: Media Passes are limited. Any photographer wishing to apply for a MEDIA pass must be on an editorial assignment. We will only credential photographers with SLR, detachable lens cameras.

RADIO

RADIO STATIONS: Please be as specific as possible about your coverage plans, and any on-site broadcasting you wish to do.

FILMING

FILMING IS ONLY ALLOWED with direct pre-approval from the Bell County Comic Con Team prior to the convention. If approved, Bell County Comic Con reserves the right to deny approval at any time or to request film crews to stop recording at any point. Purposefully attempting to reflect any Celebrity Guest, Exhibitor, Attendee, Sponsor, Volunteer, or BCCC Team Member or Staff in a negative light will be grounds for removal from premises and negate any previous approvals.

All applicants will be contacted with confirmation or denial of the request.

Thank you in advance for your time and we appreciate your interest!
