Media Rules, Regulations and Guidelines

• Press Registration for 90s Con Daytona Beach FL 2024 will close on Monday, August 26 at 11:59 PM EST. There will be NO on-site Press Registration at 90s Con Daytona Beach FL 2024. If you applied for a Press Pass, you will hear back from our Media Manager no later than one week prior to the event.

• Approved Press are provided with complimentary Press Passes, which are valid for General Admission entry to all events held at 90s Con Daytona Beach FL 2024.

• Your Press Pass allows General Admission access as long as space is permitting.

• Your Press Pass does not allow special access or guaranteed seating at panels.

• Your Press Pass does not allow you to cut lines.

• Complimentary Press Passes are extended as a courtesy of 90s Con Daytona Beach FL 2024. Each is issued individually and is non-transferable. You may not transfer or sell your Press Pass, and any individuals conducting such behavior will be disqualified from Press Passes at future 90s Con or our parent company That's4Entertainment, LLC Events.

• There is a limited supply of press credentials for this event. Credentials are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, but are also dependent upon your qualifications and our contract limitations.  Once all available credentials are issued there will be NO more press passes available or issued.

• All Press/Media Registrations are subject to approval. You will be notified within the date range above based on the date you submitted your registration whether you have been approved for a Press Pass. If your registration request is NOT approved, you will be notified. If your request is approved, additional information regarding the Press Passes and Pass distribution will be provided in your confirmation email.

• We highly recommend that you apply early as there is a chance that we will reach maximum capacity for Press Passes to 90s Con Daytona Beach FL 2024 prior to the deadline. Once all Press Passes are allocated, no more will be released.

• Inappropriate or offensive behavior will result in the loss of press passes for this show and all shows moving forward. This pass is a courtesy and can be revoked at any time, at the discretion of That’s 4 Entertainment Staff.

• Press credentials can be picked up on-site at the main entrance of the venue. Please utilize the Will-Call line as our staff will be prepared for you there. Press credentials are good for all three days of the event. ID will be checked and must match the name registered on the product voucher.

• Press Pass holders may enter the event up to 30 minutes prior to the doors opening to record the area before the crowd enters.

• Taking photos and videos of the celebrity guests attending is NOT permitted under any circumstance. This includes but is not limited to while they are at panels, at their tables in the Celebrity Area, or while walking through the con. Every effort must be made to not accidentally or purposely take photos of the celebrity guests.

• Recording or broadcasting of any celebrity panel is strictly prohibited.

• Media is encouraged to tell a story of the show in its entirety, excluding the Celebrity Area/celebrity guests. Please cover decorations, vendors, attendees in lines, etc.

• If using our event coverage for any other kind of promotion (ex. meetups, future conventions, etc) That's4Entertainment, LLC is to be given photo credit or tagged in the piece. Prior written consent by That's4Entertainment, LLC is required for any use of photos or videos taken at event in any advertising.

• Pass holder(s) agree not to use any photos or videos taken at event to portray the event, the guests, or That's4Entertainment, LLC in a negative fashion.
