Thank you for volunteering to be a Game Master to run a tabletop game! Please use the form below to enter the details of the game you would like to run. This form will allow you to submit one or multiple sessions of a single particular game. If you are running multiple different games you will need to submit the form for each game and its associated sessions. Once submitted, our team will conduct a thorough review and contact you with any further questions. If your submission is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and your game(s) will appear publicly on our schedule when it goes live.

Submitting a game does not guarantee approval. Your submission(s) will be curated by our team before any confirmation can be granted. Moreover, our team considers a diverse and varied gaming experience, so plan accordingly.

If you are running multiple, uninterrupted SESSIONS of the same game, use the appropriate SESSION entry to submit this as a single block of time (e.g., entering 11 AM - 5 PM as a block of time to teach several plays of 7 Wonders). You only need multiple SESSION entries if your game plays will be separated by noteworthy gaps of time (e.g., breaks, visiting a celebrity panel, etc.). Some RPG communities have historically scheduled multiple game SESSIONS as follows: Saturday, 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 2:45 PM – 6:45 PM, and 7:00 PM– 11:00 PM. To better assist players seeking available game SESSIONS, please be specific about your availability. If possible, our staff will pick the timeslot(s) you have requested.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: April 25, 2025

BADGE QUALIFICATION: Game Masters MUST commit to EIGHT OR MORE hours of Game Mastering in one day – or distributed over ALL DAYS to be awarded a weekend badge.

This commitment may be divided however you wish, but it MUST fit within the following timeframes:

Friday, June 20th between 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Saturday, June 21st between 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM

Sunday, June 22nd between 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM

The George R. Brown Convention Center will begin securing the building and closing its doors at 12:00 AM on Friday and Saturday, and at 5:00 PM on Sunday. Please DO NOT schedule game sessions to begin within 30 minutes of these closing times.
