All free giveaways, printed materials, banners, and signage created by fan groups that are accepted to be part of Celebration must be approved by the Star Wars Celebration team in advance before printing and creation.
Unapproved giveaways or materials for fan panels will not be allowed to be distributed.
If approved, panelists will be responsible for transporting and distributing their giveaways.

Star Wars Celebration provides panelists complimentary admission for up to six approved speakers, including the moderator, depending on panel content. Star Wars Celebration does not pay speaking fees, nor does it cover travel, lodging or meals.

Star Wars Celebration schedules all panels in hour-long blocks with little exception. Please be prepared to tailor your program to 60 minutes. Times will be chosen based on availability and are subject to change.

Star Wars Celebration stages are equipped with microphones, projectors, screens, and different playback devices, depending on which stage we choose for your event. All stages have laptops. Presenters will need to bring a saved file of their presentation. More information about AV setup will be provided to approved panelists.

Note: Star Wars Celebration can facilitate ordering extra tech with the convention center but is not responsible financially or otherwise for any additional needs beyond what has been outlined above.
