Charity and/or Group Registration

Hauntmare Expo returns July 18–19, 2026! The show will run from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on July 18 and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on July 19. All vendors, charities, and groups are required to keep their booths open for the full duration of show hours both days. Vanishing before closing time is a real horror story—failure to remain open may result in denial of future applications to Hauntmare Expo.

Please be aware: space is extremely limited this year. We are only accepting half the number of vendors and half the number of charities/groups compared to previous years. If your application is not accepted, don’t let that scare you off—unless stated otherwise, you are absolutely welcome to apply again next year. (Those who are not eligible already know who they are… 👻)

We also ask that you help spread the word from beyond the grave (aka social media). We strongly encourage multiple posts during and after the event, using the hashtags #HauntmareExpo and #HauntmareExpo2026, and be sure to tag us in your posts.
