First thing - have you read all of the info at www.wastelandweekend.com/foodvendors? If you haven't, please do that before continuing the application.
Name of your booth?

This is the name we will put on the map. Making it too long means we may have to abbreviate.
What is your California Seller's Permit number (either permanent or a temporary "swap meet" number?)

If you do not yet have a Temporary #, please put TEMP, and make sure to put in your paperwork to the state right away. When you get your number, please send it to us using the messaging option on your application status page, or via email..
Please list your menu items. We can't guarantee there won't be overlap with other food vendors, but we will try to avoid crossover where we can.

We MAY work with you and other vendors to divvy up certain menu items (i.e. so there's not multiple food vendors selling hot dogs, tacos, etc.)
If you are selling food, you will need to go through our Kern County Health Permit process. Click yes to show you understand that WE will contact you to coordinate this.
Upon approval, you must provide a business insurance rider listing Wasteland Weekend as an "additional insured" for the days of the event. Please Click Yes.

We do allow vendors to camp behind their booth (though you don't have to), subject to space availability, but please account for this here. Again, this is for your ENTIRE space, booth AND camping.

If you have the ability to stretch or crunch your space, what can you expand or contract to? Flexibility makes it way easier to place you!

We have very few corner spaces for vendors, but if needed we would like to know who would prefer one and who wouldn't. Corners mean theming TWO sides of your space!

You MUST post your food prices publicly around your booth, that are easily visible from someone just getting in line.

Even if your prices change during the event, these must be reflected on your menu. Also, if you run out of a certain item, you must indicate on your menu that the item is sold out.

Will you be running a generator? There are NEW RULES regarding generator use for vendors this year, so PLEASE read the vendor FAQ on the website, in detail.

Propane/Diesel is preferred!! Due to safety and fuel storage issues, we have final say about placement of generators/fuel. This includes possibly us having separate "corrals" for generators and for fuel storage. More information will be forthcoming.

How many people are assisting you in the booth, or camping in your space?

We allow up to FOUR people per booth, and each one must have their own admission ticket. Please read our FAQs regarding allowing other people to share in or vend from your space.

Our early work access for vendors will be on Tuesday 9/23/25. Please tell us the number of Early Work Access Passes you will need for the people, (including yourself) that will be assisting with your booth (4 max) and arriving early to help you setup.

Every tribe and vendor must have a designated person to be their *Trash Panda* who is responsible for ensuring their space is clean when they leave. What is the name and email of your trash panda?

Food vendors MUST provide a trashcan, or accept trash that was generated from their booth/truck! Please see the FAQs regarding this!

We encourage all food vendors to find ways to reduce waste, including offering napkins and utensils only if asked for, using less disposable plastic, etc.

Yes, I understand that I need to provide a trashcan for trash generated by my booth/truck.
Our events are immersive and themed. We ask all vendors to properly theme their booth structures to fit in with the rest of the event. If we decide your booth doesn't fit our theme, we may deny your application.

We encourage food vendors to have a themed menu, and to decorate their food truck or booth to fit in with the theme. Please do not use large bright advertising "flags"
