PAX East '26 The Intersection Exhibitor Application

The PAX Together Intersection (The Intersection) aims to be a reflection of the intersectional identities of marginalized gamers. This includes a variety of nonprofits and community groups focused on elevating underrepresented groups'* experiences and stigmatized topics* in gaming culture. It is a safe and supportive space for anyone who wants to find community and commonality with other people who play games.

*underrepresented groups and stigmatized topics include, but are not limited to: BIPOC gamers, disabled gamers, queer trans-inclusive gamers, neurodivergent gamers, gamers dealing with mental health-related challenges

The Intersection Exhibitor Application deadline is Monday, January 12 at 5:00pm ET. Organizations that are accepted will begin receiving notifications by early February.

Should my organization be accepted to exhibit in The Intersection, I acknowledge that I will abide by the Rules and policies of PAX as provided above by ReedPop and the venue.

Should my organization be accepted to exhibit in The Intersection, I will submit the names of each person who will work in The Intersection.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to safety concerns, we are now requiring the name of each person who will be working in the Intersection. Upon acceptance, an Exhibitor Registration Form will be sent to register badges for up to 4 members of the organization.

I understand that this application does not guarantee me an Exhibitor's table in The Intersection and instead only registers my request to have a table in the PTI.

ReedPop's mission is to create welcoming events where fans of all kinds are safe and accepted. ReedPop Exhibitors are subject to our harassment policy, not only as attendees, but also at their booths.
Per the policy, this includes the prohibition of offensive verbal comments in relation to, but not limited to, race, gender, gender identity, national origin, sexual orientation, age, and appearance. Please mark yes if you agree to uphold this mission.

Complimentary Exhibitor badges are given to Exhibitors who don't already have another type of badge (Special Guest, Media, etc.).
If any Exhibitor is caught giving away or selling their Exhibitor badge, they will be banned from all ReedPop shows. Badges are non-transferable. Do you understand?
