🔴 IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM! 🔴

Space on the show floor is extremely limited and offered to Community Groups depending on availability and at the discretion of the MCM Comic Con team.

Please only complete this form if you are looking to bring something to the show floor to enhance the experience of fans, and are prepared to staff a booth for all 3 days of the show, plus an additional day for set-up.

Completion of this form is registration of interest only and does not guarantee you space on the show floor.

FAQs:

When will I hear back?
If we have a space suitable for you on the show floor, you will hear from the MCM team directly within 1 month of your event of interest. If you do not hear from the team by this date, we do not have a space for you on this occasion.

Please do not email the team directly to ask for updates. We receive hundreds of requests for community space per show and, regrettably, cannot respond to everyone!

If I am allocated space, will my group receive complimentary passes to the show?
Yes, your group will receive passes to the show, up to an amount agreed with the MCM Team.

Do you pay for travel and expenses?
As a rule, we do not cover external travel, hotels or per-diems. It is your responsibility to get yourself to the event and cover your costs. However, if we are able to allocate you a space, please let us know what your requirements are and we will see what we can do to help.

If I am allocated space, am I able to raise money for a chosen charity?
Yes, just let us know!

If I am allocated space, am I able to sell merchandise?
As a rule, this is not permitted. However, we will deal with these requests on a case by case basis. Please give full details in the form below.
