No longer able to attend Anime Frontier and have an Premium AF ticket? Please fill out this form and if we're able to find a fan looking to buy your Premium AF ticket, we'll cancel and refund your ticket order minus a $20 processing and service fee. If your ticket was shipped, the shipping will not be refunded. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that your return can be matched with a fan. Any merchandise or event ticket you purchase remains un-refundable. If you are matched with a fan looking to purchase a Premium AF ticket, the ticket will be cancelled and refunded from your account immediately. If your ticket was shipped, proof of destruction will be required. Once the cancellation and refund has been processed, we cannot reverse it. If you wish to re-purchase your Premium AF ticket, you will need to join the waitlist or purchase a ticket type that is still available.
