Please fill out this form and if we're able to find a fan looking to buy your Saturday badge, we'll cancel and refund your badge order minus a $10 processing and service fee. Please be aware that shipping fee ($13.95) or Retailer Pickup Fee ($10.00) is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that your return can be matched with a fan. Any merchandise or event ticket you purchase remains un-refundable. If you are matched with a fan looking to purchase a Saturday badge, the badge will be cancelled and refunded from your account immediately. If your badge was shipped, proof of destruction will be required. Once the cancellation and refund has been processed, we cannot reverse it. If you wish to re-purchase your Saturday badge, you will need to join the waitlist or purchase a badge type that is still available.
