• Applications Close September 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET
• Applications Notified by September 10, 2026

Meetup Guidelines and Info 

• Be inclusive and welcoming to all fans (cosplayers and non-cosplayers alike). 
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment. 
• Follow all event Safety, Security, and Wellness policies. 
• Start and end your meetup on time. 
• No AV equipment or power will be provided. 
• If your meetup application is accepted, a complimentary ticket for NYCC will be provided.
