MCM London Comic Con Oct 2025 - Speaker Badge Registration

Hello! We're so excited you'll be joining us at MCM Comic Con this October! Please use this form to outline the entry requirements for your panel/session. The deadline to provide these will be Monday 6 October 2025, after which there will be no guarantee that we can provide the appropriate badges. Entry pass requests sent via email will NOT be noted or added to our list.

Which day will you be participating at MCM Comic Con October 2025? Required

Please provide the full names and email addresses of your speakers who require passes (i.e. legal/chosen names, not nicknames). These email addresses are where your QR codes will be sent, which you'll need to have scanned to collect passes and gain access to the event, so make sure these are correct!

Thanks for providing these details! You will all receive an email the week of the show containing QR codes. Simply bring this email with you to be scanned and collect your passes at the MCM Industry desk (no need to queue!). This is located by ExCeL's West Entrance - the Custom House end.

Complimentary Panelist badges are given to panellists who don't already have another type of badge (Exhibitor, Artist Alley, Creator, etc.)
If you're caught scalping or selling your Speaker Badges, you will be banned from presenting another panel at all ReedPop shows. Do you understand?

I understand that Panelist badges are day specific, unless otherwise agreed with MCM, and will only be valid entry tickets on the day of my panel participation.
Further passes to attend MCM on other days will need to be purchased in the usual way.
