Enforcers are the incredible staffers who make PAX the welcoming, fun show we all know and love. All it takes to be an Enforcer is a passion for games and community along with a desire to help others!
The nitty gritty about Enforcing: it's a paid role, so you need to be at least 18 years old by the first working day of the show (August 27, 2025), eligible to work for any employer in the US and able to receive a W-2 from the show. You'll need to be available to work one shift each day of the show at about the same time each day; if you are not available to work every day of the show you will not be eligible to Enforce. Shifts are generally 5-6 hours but there's some variability depending on which department you support. You'll be assigned to work the same shift in the same department every day. Pay for PAX West 2025 is $20.76 per hour, and you'll be assigned around 24 hours of work across the show. You will also be able to pick up additional hours if you want to work more, within reason. You do not need to purchase a badge to PAX West. You'll be provided with a Enforcer badge and Enforcer shirts to wear as your "uniform". You'll need to follow our code of conduct and abide by all the rules of the show.
Enforcers use a private online forum and private Discord server to communicate pre-show and during the show, so in order to Enforce you must have consistent internet access and be able to commit to checking the forums/server regularly.
