🎃 Welcome, and thank you for applying to be a Guest at Hauntmare Expo 2026! 🎃
Hauntmare Expo returns July 18–19, 2026, with show hours from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM on July 18 and 10:00 AM–5:00 PM on July 19. All approved guests are expected to be present and available during the full operating hours of the event both days. Vanishing before closing time is a real nightmare—and doing so may affect eligibility for future Hauntmare Expos.
Please be aware: space is extremely limited this year. We are accepting a reduced number of guests, and not all applications can be approved. If your application is not selected, don’t let that scare you away—unless stated otherwise, you are absolutely welcome to apply again next year. (Those who are not eligible already know who they are… 👻)
We also ask that, if selected, you help spread the word from beyond the veil (a.k.a. social media). We strongly encourage multiple posts during and after the event, using the hashtags #HauntmareExpo and #HauntmareExpo2026, and tagging us in your posts.
