MagicCon: Las Vegas Gathering Grounds Application

This application is for organizations who wish to have a presence in The Gathering Grounds at MagicCon: Las Vegas. Please read through this application thoroughly and fill out all required spaces with the proper information. Applications must be submitted by January 11, 2026, 11:59 PM PT. Please apply as soon as possible as space is limited. Organizations will be notified about the status of their application within a few weeks of the application closure date.

Please note that if you are approved to be a part of The Gathering Grounds your booth package will include the following:

10x10 booth
(2) tables, (2) chairs
Carpeted booth
Profile on website
Pre-show shoutout in marketing materials
Access to shared Wi-Fi

Please note that power is not included in the booth package and will need to be ordered ahead of the show. Due to the booths being carpeted, we are not able to take on-site orders for power.
