MCM Comic Con May 2025 Tabletop Game Meet Submission Form

Got a tabletop game you want to play, but no-one to play it with? Well, chances are, you're not alone! Submit the board game, card game or ttrpg you want to play here and we'll get this on the web/app schedule for others to see. It's the perfect way to meet folk into the same tabletop games as you; like a fan-meet...but for gaming!

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR GAME MEET:

Game meet listings are provided so fans can find like-minded people at these fan run activities, inclusion does not indicate any form of approval or responsibility from MCM staff.

Game meets will be hosted in the free play tabletop gaming area; equipped with ample furniture for your group to get comfortable.

As the organiser of a game meet, you will need to bring everything you need to play your requested game with you on the day, including a GM if you are looking to play a TTRPG.

Please make sure you include a way for interested players to contact you ahead of the show.

Listings will be added to the web schedule/app approximately 2 weeks before the show. Please make sure the information you have provided is accurate, as changes will not be possible once live.

Is the game suitable for an all-ages audience?
MCM Comic Con is an all-ages event, so where possible all submitted game-meets should be suitable for such an audience. Games with themes of extreme horror, violence, political leaning or those of a discriminatory nature will not be accepted.
