Thank you for your interest in voting for the Harvey Awards 2026! Before you apply, please take note of this important information:

• This form will have a submission page confirmation, if you see the message saying your application has successfully gone through we got it!
• You will only be notified if you are accepted to vote in this years Awards. You will receive a link with an individual ballot. This link cannot be shared, using the same link more than once will overwrite previous votes cast. 
• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, we send new ballots out every 1-2 weeks during the voting period.
