As part of our safeguarding responsibilities, we ask all children's entertainers and activity providers to share key information about their safeguarding practices and risk assessments. More generally, it's required that at all times during your engagement and marketing/promotional activities for the Event, you shall conduct yourself professionally in accordance with MCM Comic Con's Code of Conduct, as well as generally accepted decorum, which will reflect favourably on the image, reputation and goodwill of the Event, and shall not engage in any objectionable behaviour or disparage, through speech or conduct, RX, the Event, the Event’s sponsors or the products/services of the Event’s sponsors, the Exhibitors or attendees.
Violation of these items shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of partnership, sessions and you will be required to refund any Fees or Expenses to the extent already paid.
