Please note the following:
- Listings will be updated approximately once per week, if your listing does not appear and we have not been in touch with you please get in touch by email as the submission may have failed
- Changes can be made to listings if communicated by email, but no changes will be made within 1 week of the event - it is your responsibility to keep your event page updated so people can check on the day for changes
- Your event details should be easily accessible by anyone hoping to attend the meet via the link you provide

Where possible please provide shortened links. Links to private social media profiles, events or groups will not be published. The most common reason for meets not being listed is the meet details not being easily visible via the link provided. Please ensure the location and times are easily visible to ANYONE who wishes to attend the meet and everyone can easily check for updates. Please ensure there is no time limit on link provided.
