- Only the amount of badges pre-agreed with your MCM contact will be authorised. I.e. the amount in your application for Pop Asia. All other badges will need to be paid for in the usual way. If you noted that 2 people would be taking part in the activity, you may not claim 10 badges here - any names requested over the number in your application will not be fulfilled unless agreed prior with your MCM contact.

- Speaker badges are valid only on the day of your scheduled activity and are non-transferrable (including priority hours).
