MagicCon: Detroit Gathering Grounds LGS Application

This application is for organizations who wish to have a presence in The Gathering Grounds at MagicCon: Detroit. Please read through this application thoroughly and fill out all required spaces with the proper information. Applications must be submitted by October 25, 2026, 11:59 PM PT. Please apply as soon as possible as space is limited. Organizations will be notified about the status of their application within a few weeks of the application closure date. Please apply as soon as possible as space is limited.


WPN Stores can use this space to help players find their Magic community after MagicCon at their store. WPN stores may not sell product at the Gathering Grounds and may not have a booth if they are already running a vendor booth. Only stores within 300 miles are eligible to apply and preference will be given to WPN stores of higher WPN tier and stores with the Legendary Status. 

Please note that if you are approved to be a part of The Gathering Grounds your booth package will include the following:

10x10 booth
(2) tables, (2) chairs
Carpeted booth
Profile on website
Pre-show shoutout in marketing materials
Access to shared Wi-Fi

Please note that power is not included in the booth package and will need to be ordered ahead of the show. Due to the booths being carpeted, we are not able to take on-site orders for power.


WPN Stores can use this space to help players find their Magic community after MagicCon at their store. WPN stores running booths at the Gathering Ground are not eligible to also have a vendor booth on site. If you are selected to have a booth at the Gathering Grounds you may not buy or sell at MagicCon and may not advertise events that are taking place during MagicCon hours (though events happening in the days after MagicCon are encouraged).
