Please fill out this form and if we're able to find a fan looking to buy your sold out yama concert ticket, we'll cancel and refund your ticket order minus a $10 processing and service fee. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that your return can be matched with a fan. Any merchandise you purchase remains un-refundable. If you are matched with a fan looking to purchase a yama ticket, the ticket will be cancelled and refunded from your account immediately. Once the cancellation and refund has been processed, we cannot reverse it. If you wish to re-purchase your ticket, you will need to join the waitlist.
