BroadwayCon 2026 Programming Interest Form

We are now accepting programming proposals! Join us January 23–25, 2026 at the Sheraton New York Times Square for BroadwayCon 2026!

Do you have something to share with the BroadwayCon community? Whether it’s a panel, workshop, musical performance, fan meet-up, or a deep dive into your favorite show or area of stagecraft, we would love to hear from you! We welcome and encourage submissions from presenters of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels.

Important Dates:

The final deadline to submit is Friday, October 24, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
Applicants will be notified of decisions no later than November 7, 2025.

Approved presenters will receive a complimentary day pass for the day of their participation.

Please note: BroadwayCon does not issue refunds for previously purchased admission. If you plan to apply and hope to utilize the complimentary badge, we strongly recommend waiting to purchase your ticket until programming decisions have been announced.

Presenter Qualifications
Please briefly note any presenter experience or education that is relevant to your proposed program.

Presenter Identities
To help us ensure that we're featuring a diverse array of presenters, please share, in only as much detail as you're comfortable sharing, how you/your presenters identify.

Screen Request Acknowledgement
I understand that screen availability is limited at BroadwayCon 2026 and that requesting a screen does not guarantee that one will be available in my presentation room. Please select "Yes" to confirm your understanding.

Our typical room setup includes a stage or raised platform. If you have a mobility concern that would prevent you from accessing the stage – or if you require any other accommodations – please let us know.

Programs will be scheduled in hour-long time slots unless otherwise arranged and all scheduling is subject to approval by the Programming Team. Time slots will be set based on presenter and space availability and are subject to change.
