Why do I have to pay for Registration?
Only Registered Attendees (or "members") of FursonaCon are eligible to attend FursonaCon. All events and areas of the convention are for paid attendees only. FursonaCon membership/registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. This means that you will not receive a refund if you are unable to attend FursonaCon. Refunds will only be issued in instances of accidental over-payment.
Why should you pre-reg for your Registration?
Your early pre-reg helps us prepare, and the sooner you join, the sooner we can get started on special projects to make the convention better than ever! Also, there's a discount compared to the at the door cost, and, you won't have to worry about it while trying to get checked in!
Please Note: There are no single day passes. Purchase of your badge, grants you membership for the duration of the convention. The price does drop as the remaining days wane on, so the price on Sunday is the lowest, if that's the only day you can make it.
Minor Policy: Minors will need to have an adult parent/guardian on hand to complete and sign a form which will include their contact information should we need to reach out for any reason as well as outlines the responsibilities and expectations for the adult parent/guardian. More information can be found on our Code of Conduct and FAQ pages. Note that we do not have a means to verify "legal" guardianship so when we refer to guardian, we refer to essentially any adult who is also a member, (registered attendee) and, has signed the aforementioned form after reading and understanding their responsibility as it pertains to the Minor.
Confirmation: You will receive an email, which is your primary method of confirmation. Bring this receipt and a valid photo ID with you to pick up your badge during the event. For minors, please have your parent or guardian with you! They will need to sign a form, identifying themselves as your parent or guardian, and purchase a membership to be able to remain on site with you for the duration of the event.

Refunds: Registrations/memberships are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another guest. If you feel you need an exception to this policy, please reach out to the Chairman at [email protected]
Lost Badge Policy: If you lose your badge during the event you will be required to purchase a new badge. If you do lose your badge, please check with Lost & Found which is located in Animal Control to see if your badge has been turned in. We recommend writing some unique identifier on your badge, so that you can prove ownership. This can be your name, or it can be a little drawing of a pony. (Don't everyone draw a pony! It needs to be a unique identifier haha!)
If you find a badge, please turn it into Lost & Found located at the FursonaCon registration desk.
